short, because there's almost nothing to tell.
no accounts. no cookies. no trackers. tickle has no sign-up, sets no cookies, and loads no analytics SDKs, ad scripts, or third-party anything. the page you play is the whole thing.
your streak, your saved initials, and a local copy of your scores live in your browser's localStorage. they never leave your device except as described below. clear your browser data and they're gone — we can't restore them, because we never had them.
two things, both tiny. when a run ends, the game reports an anonymous hold-time (a number of seconds and whether it was touch or mouse), which we keep only as daily aggregate counts — no identifiers of any kind. and if you put your initials on the leaderboard, those three letters and your score are published on the public chart, because that's what a leaderboard is. initials are yours to pick; pick wisely.
daily charts and run aggregates expire automatically within about thirty days. the all-time boards keep only initials and scores, indefinitely, as public record.
tickle is a general-audience game. it does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone — minors included — because it doesn't collect personal data at all. there are no accounts and no tracking.
